Dear GATOR Parents & Guardians,
We hope this message finds you well. As we get closer to our much-anticipated Field Day at Mayde Creek Elementary School, we wanted to provide you with some important details and reminders to help you plan for this exciting event. Field Day Schedule Field Day is scheduled to take place on Friday, March 7th. We have structured the day into two segments to ensure a fun and engaging experience for all students: 45 Minutes Indoor Activities: Students will participate in various indoor activities designed to be both educational and entertaining. 45 Minutes Outdoor Activities: This is the time when parents are welcome to visit and cheer on their children. We kindly ask that you plan your visit during this time only, as indoor activities are reserved for students and staff. Field Day Attendance Policy Please note that only students enrolled at Mayde Creek Elementary School can participate in Field Day activities. Unfortunately, additional children who do not attend MCE will not be able to join the activities. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring that the event remains organized and enjoyable for all participants. Raptor Check In System For the safety and security of everyone, all visitors are required to check-in using the RAPTOR system before attending the event. If you would like to RAPTOR prior to the event to receive your badge, you may visit the front office, starting on Monday, March 3rd. If you RAPTOR on the event day, please arrive early to complete this process, as it is necessary for entry onto the school premises. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe environment for our students and staff. T-Shirt Delivery For those who ordered a Field Day T-shirt, please note that shirts are expected to be delivered to the school on March 5th. We will deliver the shirts to the students in their class to take home. If you chose the home delivery option, you should receive your shirt by this date as well. Food Trucks To add to the festivities, we will have a selection of food trucks available during Field Day. This will provide a variety of delicious options for both students and visiting parents to enjoy. It will be individual purchase only! The following food trucks will be: Donut NV IceyXpress Campfield Creole Kitchen We are looking forward to a fantastic Field Day filled with fun and excitement.
